1. "As-Is" Service Delivery

All features and content provided by Mosaic Days (the "Service") are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

2. Price and Feature Plan Adjustment Policy

To maintain service quality, offset rising development and team operational costs, server hosting resources, AI computation expenses, and other business factors, the annual subscription price may be adjusted appropriately in the future. In addition, the availability and scope of features within the free tier may be dynamically adjusted based on our business planning and operational costs.

The current free-tier ad-unlock rule is "watch 1 ad per day to unlock features that require ad-gated access for that day" (see Section 5.1 of the Terms of Service). We reserve the right to adjust the number of daily ad views required based on actual usage data (such as feature usage volume and ad availability), and this number may increase or decrease from the current amount. Any such adjustment will be announced in-app or on our official website before it takes effect.

Free-plan feature quotas are counted separately from ad-unlock access. Current limits include: up to 3 Quick Keyboard groups, up to 10 label-and-text entries per group; up to 50 customers created through business-card scanning, while manually added or imported customers do not count toward the scan quota; and up to 6 saved quotations. Watching ads, being in a free trial, or unlocking the day through ads does not increase these quotas. Paid entitlements may provide higher or unlimited quotas as shown in the app.

Any price changes or feature adjustments will be announced in-app or on our official website prior to taking effect. Price adjustments will not affect your current pre-paid billing cycle; the new rate will apply to your next automatic renewal. If you do not agree to the adjusted price or terms, you may cancel your subscription via the Apple App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Professional Disclaimer

Any data, charts, analysis, or recommendations generated by the Service (including but not limited to AI-based voice bookkeeping, receipt OCR, asset and budget summaries, pet log notifications, and travel route mapping) are for personal reference only. They do not constitute professional financial, tax, accounting, investment, legal, medical, veterinary, or navigational advice. The Service is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on such information.

4. Local-First & Data Backup Responsibility

The Service runs on a local-first architecture. Except for specific cloud-synced features like "Saved Places", your data is stored locally and encrypted on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device replacement, lack of backups, system corruption, or physical loss of the device, and we cannot recover or restore local data.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The Service may contain third-party components (such as Google AdMob) or links to external websites and services. You acknowledge and agree that these third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and the Service is not responsible for their content or operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
